Nothin Personal ships via Australia Post and via our distributer Kudos in the UK.
Orders are shipped within 3 working days, the delivery time will be dictated by your location and the shipping location.
Estimated delivery times 2 - 4 business days for orders within Australia and approximately 6 business days for international orders shipped from Australia - this will be quicker if your order is being shipped from UK.
Please check the shipping date / release date on your purchase as you may be purchasing a pre-order due for release up to a month in advance.
If your item needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect address you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Depending on where you live you may incur a Customs Duty or import VAT for goods sent from abroad. Nothin Personal are not responsible for any additional fees.
Domestic orders from Australia will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking. International orders from Australia will include tracking unless specified - this is a service that costs more, if you choose not to have tracking we will not be responsible for any lost mail.

If your item/s arrive damaged:
We ship our records using purpose made record mailers. If a record does arrived damaged please provide a photo along with a description of the incident. We understand that mail handlers can be rough / packages can be left in the sun and and records can arrive bent from time to time.

We try our best to ensure our records are of the highest quality
